Before You Order

Is this legal?

Selling subscription access this way isn't illegal in Pakistan, but it does typically fall outside the individual terms of service of the platforms we resell (Netflix, OpenAI, Adobe, and others). We're upfront about this because it's the reason occasional account suspensions happen, and it's why we back every order with a replacement policy.

How is this so much cheaper than the official price?

Most of our subscriptions are sourced through business, family, or team-tier plans, where the per-seat cost is significantly lower than an individual retail subscription. We pass that saving on to you. It's the same reason airline seats and hotel rooms sold in bulk cost less per unit than booking one at a time.

Do I need a credit card to pay?

No. You can pay with EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Binance, USDT (TRC20), or bank transfer. This is actually the main reason most of our customers come to us — international cards issued in Pakistan are frequently declined by services like OpenAI and Netflix directly.

Will I get a private account or a shared one?

It depends on the product, and it's stated clearly on each product page before you buy. Some subscriptions (like ChatGPT Plus or Adobe) are typically delivered as a private login with your own email. Others (like Netflix or Spotify) are usually a shared or managed profile. If you're not sure, ask us before ordering.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, and many are instant. Delivery time can vary slightly by product — check the specific product page for its stated window.

How will I receive my order?

Depending on the product, you'll either receive login credentials directly, an email invite to an existing account, or a renewal applied to your current subscription. Details are sent to the email or WhatsApp number you provide at checkout.

What if I don't receive my order in the stated time?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll check on it immediately. If delivery is genuinely delayed past the stated window and you no longer wish to wait, you're eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

After You've Received Your Order

What happens if my account gets suspended?

If the account was working as delivered and gets suspended by the platform itself (not due to something you did, like changing the password or violating usage limits), we'll replace it. Reach out with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Can I change the password on a private account?

For some products, yes — check the product page, as this varies. For managed accounts where we retain admin access to handle renewals, changing the password will usually void our ability to support or replace the account, so we recommend checking with us first.

Can I share the account with someone else?

Only within the limits stated on the specific product page. Sharing beyond those limits can get the account flagged or suspended by the provider, and it falls outside what our replacement policy covers.

How do I request a refund?

Log into your account, go to Orders, select the relevant order, and submit a refund request with your reason. Full details on what's eligible are in our Refund Policy.

Payments

Is it safe to pay via JazzCash or EasyPaisa?

Yes. Both are standard, widely used payment methods in Pakistan, and we don't ask for anything beyond what a normal transaction requires. We never ask for your mobile wallet PIN — if anyone claiming to be from Tool Verse asks for that, it isn't us.

Do you offer any discounts or bundles?
